Over the last 20 years Ben has gained specific expertise in concrete design, and has found post tensioned slabs and high rise structures to be of particular interest. Ben is responsible for successful technical delivery and the day-to-day project monitoring and co-ordination.
Ben has a passion for new technology and prides himself with being up to date with the latest design software. He refers to himself as a ‘lean designer’, only creating what is necessary for the desired build – no structure wasted.
Always organised and thorough, Ben has been an enthusiastic and reliable leader from the start, running his first project just three months into his role at Walsh. He relishes the advancement of colleagues and the company itself, being instrumental in gaining Walsh the ISO 9001 certification.
