Handling Complex & Constrained Sites

As space continues to become a premium Walsh is finding that more and more developments are being commissioned over, or near to, existing buried infrastructure. Therefore, we have developed a specific service to guide clients through the complex process of third-party approvals and gain those required with minimal delay.

We are able to provide a full service from initial assessment, options appraisals and value engineering, right through to detailed design and construction drawings.

Our strong relationships with statutory undertakers means we are often able to provide an early assessment of a site and obtain tacit approvals swiftly. This is particularly important in ‘de-risking’ a development site and establishing parameters for the development going forward.
