Recent history has seen this sector become more dependent on the residential sector, where large residential building developments create demand for a new school in the area. Value engineering is an integral feature for projects within this sector, with āmodel schoolā layouts favoured ā however our team is adept at adapting or modifying these layouts to create bespoke schools.
