While many of our structures are built in-situ we are increasingly designing for Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
Our team of highly experienced civil engineers and technicians are able to deliver a full range of services on your project. We handle a wide variety of projects, ranging in size from 100m2 to 100 hectares.
In order to simplify the process for you, we are able to assist with all approvals including planning conditions and sectional approvals (104, 38, 106, 278, etc.), and we ensure that the underground details of each build are fully coordinated with sub-structure, using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to support this.
Sustainability is in our DNA and we have our own ambitious goals to achieve Net Zero as a business and with our designs. With innovative in-house monitoring tools, Walsh clients have seen on average reductions of 10-20% total embodied carbon, with some of our flagship work achieving 60-70% reductions compared with baseline figures.
