“I relish the opportunity to be able to contribute towards the design of buildings that will benefit its users for decades to come. From a high-rise hotel near Canary Wharf, to a house extension in Camberwell, each project presents an opportunity for me to impact people in a positive way.”

Ned is a passionate engineer, who is committed to every project he works on. He has a diverse background across various sectors, with a particular focus on the regeneration of complex brownfield sites.

In his role as an Associate, Ned is responsible for developing projects from the initial design and ensuring seamless project execution, overseeing the efforts of project engineers, technicians, and detailers. Ned’s keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving skills enable him to collaborate effectively with design teams, resulting in well-rounded and comprehensive solutions.

One of Ned’s roles within the company is to improve productivity. He thrives on developing innovative computational tools to streamline time consuming processes. Notably, he recently created a tool capable of generating 3D finite element models from PDF sketches. This, alongside engineering and software workflow reviews enables the company to pursue continuous improvement.
