“I believe success is based not only on achieving great results but also making and maintaining great relationships.”

Peyrouz brings both significant skill and experience to his role as Director in Walsh, as well as managing Sustainability across the company.

Peyrouz has a unique skillset encompassing both the old and new, with expertise in modern methods of construction as well as historic renovations. He also specialises in high-rise, complicated structures and deep basements. These skills were demonstrated when Peyrouz had the opportunity to take a 3 year sabbatical in New York working with Desimone Consulting Engineers. During this time he gained valuable insight working on the 64-storey 50 West project – a sophisticated high-rise concrete frame building fresh on the New York skyline.

Peyrouz uses his flexible and proactive approach to keep team members focused and enthusiastic about the projects they work on. His knowledgeable and friendly nature helps him make and maintain many professional relationships amongst peers and clients.

As well as being a leader in a top structural engineering firm in London, Peyrouz is particularly proud to be coaching young engineers and supporting their professional development. Peyrouz contributes to The Institution of Structural Engineers as a marketing examiner for the prestigious chartership exam.
