“The London skyline inspires me as there is so much diversity, history and potential. Helping to shape this gives me great satisfaction.”

In 2000 Stephen joined Walsh, seeking the challenge of working on large scale London building projects in contrast to his previous role working on smaller scale projects in Barbados.

Stephen’s 25 years of experience incorporates the design of steel frame structures, with particular reference to roof structures. As well as this specific skill he also brings to Walsh a broad experience across all sectors. Furthermore, Stephen has exceptional ability in project management, being able to run meetings at a high level and pull together technical documents both professionally and responsively.

As one of our senior client liaisons Stephen is adept at giving clear technical overviews and has a reputation for getting jobs done, due to his analytical nature and ability to stay focused under pressure. Stephen is extremely approachable and trustworthy, using his depth of experience to offer educated and useful opinions to clients when needed.

Stephen has a passion and drive for large-scale high-pressure London projects where he can put his diverse skills and grounded approach to use.
