"I am very interested in existing buildings and exploring the process of how these structures can be re-purposed, giving them a new lease of life. As the importance of reducing our carbon footprints becomes more mainstream, repurposing our current building stock is becoming increasingly crucial, offering the potential cost benefits for our clients."

Tony takes a lead role in our refurbishment project work and has a wealth of experience in re-purposing existing building structures.

Tony’s experience within the construction industry spans over 30 years during which time he has worked on major civil engineering contracts through to demolition of commercial premises in the centre of London. He has also considerable design office experience and has been involved with several award-winning projects during this time. He has spent the majority of his office-based career working on a mix refurbishment and new build projects, which have included period and listed buildings, buildings at risk and buildings of special interest. Tony has extensive refurbishment experience including site inspections and report writing.

Notable buildings with that Tony has been involved include: The In and Out Club in Piccadilly, Mentmore Towers in Buckinghamshire, The Royal Exchange, London, Perran Foundry Cornwall and numerous other listed and period buildings in London and the south of the UK.
