Walsh’s Remarkable Contribution at the Student Accommodation Conference 2022

Celebrating 16 Years of Leadership in Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) Engineering

For the past 16 years, Walsh has been a driving force in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector. So, it was with great enthusiasm that we partnered with the leading event dedicated to the UK PBSA industry.

Engaging in the lively activities such as the Photo Booth and Sweet Cart, as well as presenting the esteemed Unsung Hero award, allowed us to celebrate the often-overlooked heroes of the construction industry – the engineers.

Our director, Andy Stanford, had the distinct honour of presenting the ‘Unsung Hero’ award to the deserving Louise Evans, an integral part of the exceptional team behind the Student Accommodation Awards 2022. Congratulations, Louise! Your recognition was truly well-deserved, and we were delighted to be a part of your special night.

To all our esteemed clients and the new contacts we had the pleasure of meeting both at the awards and the conference, it was a pleasure to connect with you. To those we didn’t have the opportunity to meet, we look forward to the possibility of doing so next year!

Walsh has played a pivotal role in over 50 PBSA developments, facilitating the creation of nearly 30,000 student beds. This achievement underscores our commitment to advancing the PBSA sector.

The conference provided an invaluable opportunity to reconnect with clients, forge new connections, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape. We eagerly anticipate the future developments and connections that will shape the PBSA sector.
