Walsh will be exhibiting at the Student Accommodation Conference, the UK’s leading event for the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) industry.
For over 17 years, Walsh has been a driving force in this sector, so we are delighted to have the opportunity to be involved again. We’ve worked on over 60 PBSA developments, across 14 cities and facilitated 37,800+ beds (and counting).
This year we’ve been particularly focused on balancing whole-life carbon with embodied carbon, and we’re excited to be contributing to the largest student accommodation Passivhaus development in Europe. We’re also dedicated to adding further value through innovative off-site and MMC solutions.
Our director, Andy Stanford, will be on stage speaking about ‘Navigating Accommodation Challenges.’ We are looking forward to the industry insights he has to share.
We had a great time last year reconnecting with clients and forging new connections so we are pleased to have an even bigger presence this year at the event.
