As the HR Manager at Walsh, Charlotte leads and manages all aspects of human resources for our team across multiple locations. She is a true HR generalist and has a master’s degree in human resources management from the University of Sussex. She is a chartered member of the CIPD and a qualified mental health first aider.
Charlotte’s responsibilities include employee relations, remuneration, HR policies, rewards and benefits, employee engagement, HR metrics, GDPR, IR35, payroll, employee wellbeing, and HRIS systems. She advises managers on best practice, employment law, and performance management, and oversees recruitment, induction, absence management, grievance, disciplinary, redundancy, and exit processes.
Charlotte is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, ensuring equality, consistency, and fairness across the business, and supporting the strategic goals and vision ofWalsh. To this end, Charlotte led the team to win a Silver TIDEmark award in 2023 from the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion.
