Walsh Achieves Silver TIDEmark for Dedication to Diversity and Inclusion for the Second Year

We are proud to announce that Walsh has been awarded the Silver TIDEmark by the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) for our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion. This marks the second year in a row that we’ve participated in the annual Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE), and we’re proud to see our efforts recognised once again.

Our Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace

At Walsh, we believe that a diverse workforce, where every voice is heard and respected, is key to fostering innovation, creativity, and success. Our participation in the TIDE evaluation is a testament to our continuous efforts to create an environment where all employees feel valued and can thrive. Achieving the Silver Standard places us among a distinguished group of companies dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces.

The TIDE assessment provides a thorough evaluation of an organisation’s approach to diversity and inclusion, measuring progress across various areas, including leadership, recruitment, and employee experience. This achievement an indication that we are on the right track, but it’s also a reminder that there is always more to be done.

Looking Ahead: Our Future Goals

While we are incredibly proud of this recognition, we know that the work doesnā€™t stop here. The insights provided by the TIDEmark report will serve as a valuable roadmap for our future initiatives. We are committed to taking actionable steps in 2025 and beyond to ensure that Walsh remains a place where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion is ingrained in everything we do.

We will continue to evaluate and enhance our practices, with a focus on fostering a workplace that not only meets but exceeds the standards of diversity and inclusion. Our goal is to be a leader in this space, setting an example for others in our industry.

Final Thoughts

Achieving the Silver TIDEmark is a significant milestone for Walsh, and we are excited about the progress we’ve made. However, this is just one step on our ongoing journey. We remain dedicated to creating a workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Thank you to everyone at Walsh for your unwavering commitment to these values, and to the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion for this prestigious recognition. Together, we will continue to build a better, more inclusive future for all.

Stay tuned for updates on our diversity and inclusion initiatives as we move forward into 2025 and beyond!

“We’re honoured to have been awarded the ENEI TIDE Silver Standard, especially alongside noteworthy organisations such as the NHS Trusts and County Councils. Weā€™ll be using the insights from the TIDEmark report to identify actions for 2025 and beyond, as we continue our journey towards becoming a truly inclusive workplace.”
