Birmingham Office Now Open

Walsh is pleased to officially announce the opening of our new Birmingham office.

“With the increased demand for higher density developments and urban regeneration on complex sites in Birmingham, it is an exciting time to open a new office here. With our extensive experience in mixed-use developments and building adaptable structures for sustainable communities, we will now provide a more established on-the-ground presence and support local economic growth,” comments Ian Welsh, Managing Director of Walsh.

Relocating to the Midlands and heading up the new Birmingham office is Walsh Associate Director – Charlie O’Reilly MEng(Hons), CEng, MIStructE. Charlie has been at Walsh’s London office for over 11 years and has worked on some of the largest and most challenging projects that Walsh has been involved with including Westfield London, Trafalgar Way and Springfield Hospital.

Walsh has been involved in the regeneration of Birmingham for more than 17 years, having most significantly taken the engineering lead on The Library of Birmingham and worked on Midlands Metropolitan Hospital. Recently, Walsh has been working on Beorma Quarter, The Crown Works and Camp Hill.

The new Walsh Birmingham office is located in the Jewellery Quarter: 156 Great Charles Street, Birmingham, B3 3HN.
